The NRA Basic Pistol Course is the best way for you to learn the basics of pistol shooting and is your next step of training after receiving your Concealed Carry license. Whether your goal is personal protection, sport shooting or hobby shooting, this course will give you the solid foundation you need to move forward with confidence.
This course is 8 hours of training with 6 hours of classroom and 2 hours of supervised range time.

Rules for safe gun handling, pistol parts and operation and ammunition
Shooting fundamentals, bench and two-handed standing positions
Both home and range-based training drills for improving shooting
